9 months in neutral French oak
Pear, graham cracker, dried apricot, fresh almond husk, kumquat, kiwi, yellow apple skins, glazed peaches, jasmine green tea and sweet corn, with a rich texture and creamy finish.
Grenache Blanc – Mission Ranch, Viognier – Cedar Lane, Roussanne + Marsanne – Windrock
Grapes were hand harvested 9/20/19 and were lightly pressed. The juice settled in tank for two days before being racked to neutral French oak where it fermented cool and slow for 30 days. After its primary fermentation, the barrels were topped and allowed to go through the malolactic fermentation, finishing early Feb. The wine ws racked to a clean tank mid-April and bottled mid-May.
