Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Another beautiful vintage from our estate Mission Ranch Vineyard in Arroyo Seco. Following in the footsteps of past vintages, this Chardonnay is cleanly balanced with notes of soft melon, Meyer lemon, apple apricot, and kiwi fruit. Hints of mineral and chalk, green tea, white flower, spice, and creamy toasted brioche round out the palate.

Production Notes
Harvest took place 10/12 at night. The grapes arrived at the winery and were sent directly to the press. We lightly pressed the grapes and settled the juice for 48 hours. After two days, the juice was racked into neutral French Oak barrels for fermentation. The wine finished its primary and secondary fermentations and aged for 10 months before being bottled late summer in 2019.
