Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
This vintage is beautifully balanced by the soft, new French oak aging which lifts the flavors of the fruit and classic minerality. Tropical fruit forward, the bouquet reminds us of a coconut crème pie; rich, creamy, toasty goodness, with a soft hint of baking spices. Beautiful mineral notes of flinty graphite compliment the fruit, creating a supple mouthfeel and luxurious finish.

Production Notes
Harvest took place 9/13/17 before sunrise. The grapes arrived at the winery and were sent directly to the press. We lightly pressed the grapes and settled the juice for 48 hours. After two days, the juice was racked into French Oak for fermentation and Malolactic fermentation. The wine was stirred bi-monthly for 4 months to enhance the structure and mouthfeel of the wine. The wine was racked to tank in late November for cold stability and filtration before being bottled 12/17/19.
