Refreshing notes of watermelon, tangerines, cherry, and orange blossoms with a wonderful chalky and mineral character, floral background, and bright acidity. The summer fruit flavors are balanced beautifully by the rich minerality, making this a great wine to enjoy on its own, and one that pairs well with just about anything. Serve chilled with good friends.

Tasting Notes
Our California AVA Rosé was made with grapes sourced from Napa Valley and Monterey County, combining some of the best fruit we could find this vintage. In the glass, it shows off its bright and vibrant bouquet with effervescent notes of strawberry, stone fruit, and vanilla. On the palate, dazzling flavors of kiwi and watermelon lead with softer hints of orange and strawberry. This wine is excellent on its own, but really shines when paired with food! It’s bright acidity makes pairing very versatile- we suggest anything from hard cheese, to seafood, to lamb. Crack a bottle open and enjoy!
Production Notes
Grapes were pressed whole cluster before settling in tank for 48 hours before being racked to tank for fermentation. Fermentations averaged 22 days for the different components, and was blended mid November. The wine aged in tank for 3 months before being bottled in February.
